AIRPORT
Let's go! It's the departure to Poland... We met Boulevard de Coubertin at 5:30 a.m in order to leave at 6: a.m. After 5 hours on a coach, we arrived at Paris-Beauvais airport at 11:30 a.m.
We settled down on benches and put our suitcase next to us. Each student sat with their friends in a corner of the airport to eat our picnic. At about 12:30 a.m, we gathered to register our bagages and our identity cards. We left our suitcases on a check-in desk to put them to the plane. There was one inconvenience of the airport – we had to wait. But with our friends time went by faster.
After, the last control, to detect any presence of metals for passengers' security, we had to remove our belts, watches, coats and shoes! Waiting for the plane we sat in a departure lounge. After another control, we boarded on the plane...For some people it was something new so they were anxious . The others were relaxed and happy. At 3 p.m , we left France and went to Katowice in Poland.
The take off was fantastic and funny. We were passing over clouds. We travelled over Frankfurt and Prague. After 2 hours of flight, we landed on the snow. We entered the airport to fetch our suitcase. We were welcomed by some teachers from Myszkow school. A coach was waiting for us to take us to Myszkow! We were all very happy and impatient to meet our penfriends.
